Mike believes passionately that the sales floor is the beating heart of any successful dealership. He started START Recruitment and Training in 2010 bringing trained sales professionals to dealers saving them both time and money. He is currently expanding START Recruitment and Training to include on-going sales-skills classes, and consulting.
Eric Stoltz has 20 years in auto retail sales, auto sales management, special finance, and is an expert closer. His passion for the automotive sales process is what makes START's training unique, fun and real world. To date he has help train and place over 2200 candidates. All new trainees can be assured that they are prepared to begin their new career with the tools necessary to succeed.
Rhonda began her sales journey in 1986 as a sales associate for Bob Powers Toyota. She was with Blossom Chevrolet for 19 years and worked her way up from sales to finance manager to General Sales Manager. Rhonda thrives on developing new business and marketing. Increasing sales volume with professional BDC implementation.
Louanne joined the Start Recruiting and Training team in 2014 as a recruiter. Louanne is the pleasent, professional voice on the other end of the phone.
